How do I start?

As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. Choose from a wide array of existing training options or design your own. If you can’t find the service you’re looking for, contact me today.

Group Fitness

A Healthier You

Small group training is great if you don't like the larger gym style classes but like the idea of being accountable to a group. You get more attention as each class has two fully qualified PT’s. This means you get more 1:1 time than in big classes and exercises can be more specifically modified for your needs. Trainers get to know you as an individual but you get to share the fun with others without becoming anonymous or left behind. All groups are limited numbers and sessions are about 60 mins including a warm up and cool down.  Our Saturday Class is 90mins as it includes half an hour Pilates.

Private Training

I am a personal trainer specialising in building your fitness transformation from the ground up.  Together, we will create efficient workout routines paired with well-balanced meals specifically catered to you and your goals.

I bring the gym to you

If privacy is very important to you, and you want to maximise the time you have available to train, then I can bring all the equipment to you and train you in the privacy of your own home or outside in your local park.

You don’t need a home gym or a huge amount of space. A small room or garden is all we need.
