Group Training

Small group training offers an ideal middle ground for those who prefer a more intimate setting than larger gym classes but still appreciate the accountability and camaraderie of a group environment. 

The advantage lies in the trainer getting to know you, and fostering an individual approach to your fitness journey. In a small group, you can share the enjoyment of the workout with others without feeling lost in the crowd or becoming anonymous. Classes are intentionally limited in numbers, ensuring a close-knit and supportive atmosphere.

Sessions typically last around 60 minutes, encompassing both warm-up and cool-down. Our Saturday class extends to 90 minutes, incorporating an additional half-hour of Pilates for a well-rounded and comprehensive fitness experience. Join me for a blend of individual attention, group dynamics, and enjoyable workouts that cater to your individual needs.

'Initially, I was very apprehensive about seeing a personal trainer, I thought I would be self-conscious and unable to do the exercises a personal trainer may expect. Tanya very quickly put me at ease, tailoring each session to my needs. She puts me through my paces and definitely pushes me but after every session I feel great.

 

We have been seeing each other for over a year now and my fitness levels are much higher than they have ever been, my shape is different and butt looks great. I recently ran a 10k run (without stopping!). I can honestly say that training with Tanya is much more fun and challenging than any gym session. As well as keeping fit, we always have a good chat and a giggle.'
